Filo is located at our web application platform.

By accessing this website and using our bot for Slack service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Filo's website or bot for Slack if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Filo provides an AI-powered knowledge assistant service that integrates with Slack and connects to various productivity tools including Jira, Confluence, and Notion. Our service allows teams to:

• Query their connected data sources using natural language through Slack
• Receive AI-generated responses based on their team's content
• Access analytics and insights about their team's knowledge usage
• Manage data synchronization between connected services

User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account using your Slack credentials and connect the productivity tools you wish to search. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We will access and process content from your connected Jira, Confluence, and Notion accounts only for the purpose of providing our search and AI response services

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses large language models (LLMs) and semantic search technology to generate responses based on your connected data. Our AI processing pipeline works as follows:

• We use semantic search to find relevant content from your connected Jira, Confluence, and Notion data
• Retrieved content is processed by large language models to generate contextual responses
• Your data is never used to train AI models
• Your team's data is completely isolated and never mixed with other teams' information

You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete
• You should verify important information from the original sources
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• The AI may occasionally generate responses that don't fully represent the source material
• Your proprietary data is never used to improve or train third-party AI models

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and disconnect your integrations through our web interface.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
